Dont buy it

after I downloaded it, I looked for my city but nothing comes out.
and not only my city, I tried with New York, London, China, Tokyo,
Mexico, etc.
Then when looking for help on the developers site, it just send you
to a real state web site… hell? how’s apple is allowing this app
on the store.
